Your company can put its name where your educational interests are by sponsoring an Exchange City business. It’s a win-win partnership between business and education. Corporate sponsors make a significant contribution to the programs and, in turn, put their name—and corporate stamp—on a storefront in Exchange City. Corporate sponsorships are also available for EarthWorks, which has five habitats offering partnership opportunities — the soil, the prairie, the caves, the forest and the pond.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union, Sprint, and Waddell & Reed currently are, or have at one time, all been valued branded store site partners in Exchange City. The participation of these companies in the educational enterprise of the Exchange City program adds the authenticity that brings greater value to the students while it also brings us welcomed support from companies that appreciate the opportunity to expose their brands to citizens who may someday become their consumers.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union sponsors the Exchange City Credit Union where citizen students bank their paychecks, manage payroll and handle their finances at this Exchange City "branch."

Sprint Nextel has sponsored the telecommunications store at Exchange City. Each business requires a phone and they purchase them at this location. If needed, the business can expand its services by purchasing a second phone.

Waddell and Reed Financial Services started the financial services storefront where advice on investments and savings strategies can be purchased by Exchange City citizens. Education takes place as employees learn jobs and then have to explain them to customers.

Corporate sponsors also receive special benefits from this partnership. At launch of the sponsorship, annual family night for each sponsor and employees are invited to bring family or guests to get a taste of the Exchange City experience and mingle with staff and friends.
